Eigenmethod LLC ("Eigenmethod") has created this Privacy Policy which explains what personal data we process, how we process it, and for what purpose. This Privacy Policy applies to applications developed by Eigenmethod and published through Microsoft App Source and Microsoft Azure Marketplace, other Microsoft Office shops, or in any other way and to visits to our website www.eigenmethod.com.

Such information may include your name, address, telephone number, and email address, whether obtained at initial purchase or later in the course of the Services.If you use our applications, demo applications published through Microsoft App Source, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and other Microsoft Office Stores, information collected in such cases by Microsoft is subject to Microsoft's Privacy Policy.

Eigenmethod may use the data collected for the following purposes:
3.1. to provide and maintain our applications;
3.2. to notify you of changes to our applications and services;
3.3. to provide the necessary support to customers;
3.4. to monitor the use of our applications;
3.5. to detect, prevent and rectify technical problems;
3.6. to perform our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
3.7. to provide you with notices of your account and/or subscription, including expiry and renewal notices, email instructions, etc;
