SAF-T UA AUDIT FILE IN THE STATE TAX SERVICE OF UKRAINE FORMAT

SAFTUA4SAP is a solution that supports the preparation of standard audit files in your SAP system. This is a basic package that can be transferred to your SAP system using transport. The basic package together with a license and a training video that will prepare you to set up the product yourself make up a solution that allows you to significantly reduce the cost of generating a SAF-T UA audit file in the format of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, as it does not require separate equipment or the implementation of separate systems, does not require data transfer from SAP systems, which guarantees the security of your data.
The solution allows you to:
- receive data from the Customer's systems using the tools provided by the SAP system, for example, BADI, BTE, etc.
- present the downloaded data in the form of a report,
- make corrections to the data downloaded from the system,
- generate SAF files in XML format,
- archive data - in a special table prepared for the purposes of the solution or using data archiving tools provided by the SAP system,
- view the sent data - without the ability to edit it.
The SAFTUA4SAP_EXCEL product is an extension and add-on to the basic SAFTUA4SAP product that allows you to load files prepared in MS Excel / text files into SAF-T data structures in SAP. The product can be used immediately after its installation in the SAP system. The product is supplied with user and system administrator manuals.
Main features of the product:
- management of file structures through configuration (updated by the manufacturer, with the possibility of making changes by the customer). The transaction allows the user to easily configure the product. As part of support, the manufacturer will provide updates to this configuration when SAF structures are updated by regulatory authorities
- the ability to use validation rules for uploaded files and easily define new rules. Uploaded files can be immediately pre-checked for the correctness of the data required in the SAF structures. In addition to the existing checks, the client can add their own check rules for uploaded files.
- the ability to generate master files from SAP transactions. After changes are made to the structures through an update or after changes are made to the user configuration, blank files for uploading to the SAP system can be automatically generated. The user does not need to adapt the file that was previously used in case of changes. The files contain control fields (the first few lines of the file), which makes it easy to change the order of the data columns and the repeatability of columns in the data file itself, regardless of the configuration on the SAP side.
- uploading MS Excel files/text files. The solution supports uploading text files of various formats (CSV, txt) and data presented in the form of MS Excel tables. It also allows you to combine and validate several files into so-called batches (most often it is a combination of headers with document elements).
- automatic integration with the basic SAFTUA4SAP package. After loading transport orders in the basic package, an additional file upload function is activated. The solutions are integrated to provide convenience combined with flexibility.
- The ability to automatically download uploaded files when generating SAFTUA4SAP data. Depending on the configuration settings, it is possible to set data from files that will be automatically additionally downloaded for a specified period, or, alternatively, the user can add them manually using the “Down from file” button)
- the ability to manually select uploaded files when generating SAFTUA4SAP data. The product prevents repeated addition of the same data from files.
The SAFTUA4SAP_TRANSFER product is an extension and addition to the basic SAFTUA4SAP product, which ensures the safe transfer of data from SAP to the supervisory authorities with API. SAFTUA4SAP_TRANSFER automates the SAF-T file preparation process and allows you to track its progress.
